(Q)SAR Model Reporting Format (QMRF) is a template format developed at the European Union Reference Laboratory for Alternatives to Animal Testing (EURL ECVAM), part of the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC) located in Ispra, Italy. QMRF is intended for summarising and reporting key information on (Q)SAR models, including the results of any validation studies. The information is structured according to the OECD (Q)SAR validation principles.
A more detailed information about QMRF can be found from technical documentation. QMRF documents can be authored with the QMRF editor, which can be downloaded from Sourceforge.
QsarDB uses QMRF documents as an additional source of model information. To ensure machine and human readability of documents, both XML and PDF files must be uploaded. QsarDB extracts the necessary amount of information from these files and populates data repository entry.
