Chapter 7: Toolkit
QsarDB Toolkits provide various command line tools for working with QsarDB archives. This includes command line applications for converting data between different formats, calculating descriptors using the CDK toolkit, predictions, etc. Some examples for using the command line tools are available in the supplementary material of this article.
