QsarDB website got redesign
This summer, QsarDB’s main website underwent a major upgrade. The visual side was redesigned to have a modern look, but it was only a small part of the effort. Most of the work went into improving the documentation and its results are available in the new section, GUIDELINES.
The guidelines section contains everything — from documentation to examples — to help you to get started using the QsarDB and its tools:
- The functionality of the repository has detailed description for QDB Archive View, Explorer, Predictor, etc.
- Simplified documentation describing the QsarDB data format is provided.
- QsarDB Editor has now a manual describing its every single action.
- QsarDB Editor has also a tutorial, which describes a simple workflow for creating a QDB archive with four steps.
- How to upload QDB archive to the repository? Instructions are now there.
- Some other features: link publication and QsarDB, PMML examples, Predictor API
