Looking back to 2014

2014 witnesses many conference presentations, the first workshop (training school), and also the integration of QsarDB repository with the DOI system. In 2014, a scientific article describing the QsarDB data format was published.

6-December-2014

First article published online that includes unique persistent digital identifier by DOI® System, giving access to the QSARs hosted in the repository:

Piir, G.; Sild, S.; Maran, U. Classifying bio-concentration factor with random forest algorithm, influence of the bio-accumulative vs. non-bio-accumulative compound ratio to modelling result, and applicability domain for random forest model, SAR QSAR Environ. Res. 2014, 25, 967-981.

DOI: 10.1080/1062936X.2014.969310

QDB archive DOI: 10.15152/QDB.116

23-October-2014

Oral presentation: "QsarDB - first hundred DOI-s for predictive models" (by U. Maran) at Open Access Week 2014 seminar "Towards linked science - Open Data and DataCite Estonia" in Tartu, Estonia.
