One can name QDB archive in any way they like. However, it is reasonable to have a naming convention to keep them short and related with published article parameters. Therefore, it is recommended to use the following naming convention for QDB-archives: Year, Journal’s abbreviation (first letters of name), First page number or article number (example follows)
Archive tab includes two fields: NAME for archive that is usually name of the scientific article or something similar and DESCRIPTION for archive that is longer description for archive, typically abstract of the scientific article.
